The "Build-A-Playhouse" line starts with a fully useable, but simple playhouse based on the popular "Signature Series" Design. This series allows you to choose the options you want to fit your budget. This is NOT a kit. The playhouse is delivered fully assembled.

The "Build-A-Playhouse" model comes in all four sizes and is constructed with the same fine building materials used in the "Signature Series".

Options which are standard in the "Signature Series" can be added as you create the perfect playhouse for your child. A Dutch door, shutters, window boxes and more can be added as you create the perfect playhouse for your child.

Playhouses can be customized to any size, but our houses usually are ordered in one of four basic sizes:
Standard Playhouse:	8' x 8' x 10-1/2'
Oversized Playhouse:	8' x 10' x 10-1/2'
Large Playhouse:	8' x 12' x 10-1/2'
X-Large Playhouse:	8' x 14' x 10-1/2'
